Hi, I’m Michal.

I specialize in working with women who are struggling with transitions in their lives and are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other mental or behavioral challenges.
My preferred approach is Accelerated Resolution Therapy, but we’ll use techniques like CBT, DBT, and ketamine/psychedelic-assisted therapy to tailor a plan to your unique strengths and needs.
I have over two decades of experience with maternity care advocacy and issues in early motherhood. Helping women be healthy and strong for themselves, their families, and their children is a moral imperative for me.
